A Walled City

Impossible walls come down when we listen and obey.

Quebec City is the Capital of the Provice of Quebec. A beautiful city, with wonderful food and views of the Saint Laurence, the claim to fame of Quebec City is that it is the only walled city in North America. Being there this week for meetings, I was reminded of another city, Jericho. It also where a place where God and his people weren’t really welcome. The walls finally came down because the people were faithful to keep walking as God lead them.

This week, our Canada team and some guests gathered with local pastors, faithful men and women who are serving this province. faithful in an area where social engineering started in the 80ies, where secularism is the law, and where euthanasia is becoming a massive problem. What can 116 churches do against the chains that hold over 8 million captive? Be faithful. Pray. and Serve. Would you pray for Quebec City, and the region of Montreal and the faithful men and women who are circling, being faithful and believing for the walls to come down?
